Raised Roofs & Doors
A raised roof in conjunction with a raised door offers greater entry and interior height in a van, and some minivans. In a
full-size van, a standard raised door provides 57" of door opening height, with approximately 60" of headroom inside the van. A
raised door can also be completed on an Astro/Safari, providing 54" clear vertical passage, with 58" headroom inside the van.
These conversions are carried out by our in-house specialists. Our structural modifications are completed to exacting
standards, and our automotive finishing techniques make any alterations appear to be factory equipment. Our interior craftsmen
