Sparrow Hawk Facility

Sparrow Hawk has gone to extreme lengths to ensure that our facility is among the best in the industry. We have allowed ourselves room for converting vehicles efficiently, and ample room to ensure that our customers feel comfortable and welcomed. The Facilities are 9000 square foot, for maximum comfort.

What's most evident in the facilities is that our one-bay shop is spacious, enabling us to work on several vehicles at the same time. There are viewing windows so that customers can watch as their vehicles are serviced.

Most of our customers often come inside, either to wait for their vehicle to be modified or to be fitted for driver controls, wheelchair accessibility has been made a priority. There is a large washroom, wide automatic doors, low counters and low displays. There are also courtesy wheelchairs that are available while at the shop, if required.

"It is amazing," says Rick Clinch, a customer who already has visited Sparrow Hawk several times. "They have gone all out. They even went with an accessible washroom and power doors.

"There is a fully converted van is parked in the reception area for demonstrations. There's a television and VCR in the waiting room and customers are driven to the Conestoga Mall if they prefer not to wait at Sparrow Hawk.
